NICOLE ROMAN nroman@andradalaw.com Nicole Roman joined Andrada & Associates as an associate attorney in 2009. Ms. Roman represents public entities in civil rights actions and dangerous condition cases. She practices in both the state and federal courts. During law school, Ms. Roman was a member of Hastings Constitutional Law Quarterly and the Staff Development Editor, 2008-2009. Her note, Would You Like Some First Amendment Rights with that? How Mandatory Nutritional Disclosure on Restaurant Menus Violates the Freedom of Commercial Speech was published in Fall 2008 (36 Hastings Const. L.Q. 105). Ms. Roman was a Legal Writing and Research teaching assistant and a student mediator in the Mediation Clinic.
