Our trial calendar reflects the wide variety of civil cases in which the firm represents healthcare providers, public entities, employers, and major corporations.

 

       The firm is scheduled to try medical malpractice actions, including birth injury and kernicterus cases, against some of the most prominent attorneys in Northern California.  Likewise, an action involving a now minimally conscious patient will be tried in 2009 against another high profile attorney.

 

       Additionally, the firm will try a series of civil rights and employment cases in 2009.  The cases allege violations of Section 1983 and the FEHA.

 

       Other cases on the calendar include actions alleging a closed head injury caused by a dangerous condition of public property, a vehicular accident involving major orthopedic injuries, and several construction defect cases.
