J. Randall Andrada

J. Randall Andrada is the principal and sole shareholder of Andrada & Associates PC, which was established in 2005. Mr. Andrada has more than 37 years of civil litigation experience representing clients in the practice areas in which the firm provides services.

Mr. Andrada has tried more than 60 jury cases in state and federal courts, with more than 45 of those proceeding to verdict. His trial clients have included doctors, hospitals, public entities, major corporations, and small businesses. Since 2006, Mr. Andrada has taken eleven cases to trial.

Mr. Andrada has served as a mediator, arbitrator, and settlement commissioner. He is a frequent lecturer on topics such as civil rights, wrongful termination, and professional liability. His articles have appeared in national publications.

Mr. Andrada served as president of the California Society for Healthcare Risk Management in 2006-2007. He sits on the boards of various charities and educational institutions.

Mr. Andrada was born in Oakland, California.
