The firm has represented private and public employers in FEHA actions involving allegations of discrimination or harassment based upon race, color, sex, sexual orientation, physical disability, and or mental disability. Additionally, the firm provides counsel to employers who are sued for violations of the Americans with Disabilities Act and other “accommodation” statutes.  The firm also defends actions for wrongful discharge.  Those cases have included suits for termination in violation of public policy, termination without cause, and constructive discharge.
